No. You will grant us access to your accounts via Meta Business Manager. It's 100% safe and secure

Ads are created in and run through your Meta ad account. This provides you with lifetime access to the campaigns, allowing you to start/stop/edit as you see fit.

You can also use this campaign as a template to create future campaigns on your own.  We have found that it is much easier to edit a template than it is to create something from scratch.

We design the ad creatives using one song of your choice.

We recommend directing listeners to your Spotify/Apple Music profile page so they can follow you and listen to your other songs. But if you wish to promote and album or EP, we can direct fans to the album page instead of your profile page.

In order for us to get started on your campaigns, you'll need to create your accounts (Facebook, Facebook page, Instagram, ad account and Meta Business Manager).  It's all free and we'll provide instructions on how to get them set up.

After your payment is received, you will receive an email with access to the client portal to submit your questionnaire.

Yes. We will set up a report via Meta Business Manager that will be periodically emailed to you. You can also track your results directly through Spotify For Artists and Apple Music for Artists.

YES! We can guarantee that we will deliver the campaign setup. This means that we will create the landing page, custom audiences, ad creatives and ad campaigns. We'll also manage and optimize your campaign for one month. Once the setup is complete, there are no refunds.

NO. We cannot guarantee a specific number of streams and/or followers. With an ad budget of $5 - $10 per day, you will definitely see growth in streams, listeners ,and saves, but please do not expect to become rockstar famous overnight.

Many ad agencies that charge for ongoing management are working with clients with large budgets ($X,XXX) and more specific (smaller) audiences, which means faster ad fatigue which requires new creatives to be constantly created. 

For this specific campaign setup, we've found that one month of active management is all you'll need. The campaign will be able to generate results for a long time (9 - 12+ months) on autopilot because of the budget to audience ratio (small budget, large audience) and the audience exclusions we put in place. 

Meta ads success is driven by data. Collecting and deciphering the data takes time, patience and testing. With that being said, you should start seeing a consistent growth in listeners within 3 to 4 weeks.
